Access45

Access45 is a nonprofit initiative that funds leadership coaching, training, and facilitation for individuals and organizations at pivotal moments of change. Named for the 45th parallel that runs through Oregon, where this initiative began, and the 45-degree angle that marks a steep, intentional climb, Access45 stands at the threshold: where structure meets momentum, and where potential becomes power.

We support mission-driven nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs doing vital work, but without the budget flexibility to invest in professional development for their people. By covering the cost of support that is often deprioritized or out of reach, Access45 helps leaders at all levels build the clarity, confidence, and capacity they need to sustain their work and scale their impact.
