Who is eligible?
Mission-driven individuals, teams, and organizations are eligible. This includes nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs who cannot currently access or justify professional development or capacity-building funding internally.

What types of support do you fund?
We fund coaching, training, facilitation, and practical capacity-building — individually or in groups — tailored to the need. This may include executive or leadership coaching, team development, strategic planning, succession planning, conflict navigation, or strengthening skills that support clearer communication and decision-making.

Are you Oregon-only?
We began in Oregon, but we are open to partnerships throughout the U.S.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?
Yes, organizations and partners can refer or nominate individuals or teams.
