Who is eligible?
Mission-driven individuals, teams, and organizations are eligible. This includes nonprofits, small businesses, and entrepreneurs who cannot access or justify professional development funding internally.

What types of support do you fund?
Coaching, training, and facilitation (individual or group) tailored to the need. This could mean executive coaching, team development, strategic planning, succession planning, and more.

Are you Oregon-only?
We started in Oregon, but are open to partnerships throughout the US.

Can I apply on behalf of someone else?
Yes, organizations and partners can refer or nominate individuals or teams.

Is there a formal application process?
