We work with philanthropic partners and donors to fund coaching and training for leaders who would otherwise go unsupported — providing skilled support when and where it matters most. You can give directly, contribute to a pooled fund, or sponsor a specific partnership.

For Organizations

If you work with individuals or teams who would benefit from coaching, training, or facilitation but can’t afford it, we want to hear from you. You can nominate yourself or someone else, refer a group, or reach out to explore fit.
